Diffraction radiation analysis

Hi all,

I follow your forum since a long time and this is my first post! Here my question:

I want to study the wave load in a tubolar structure,(attached to a drilling ship) very close to the ship's hull. I've started thinking at the radiation and diffraction effect due to the hull. What could you suggest me ?
