diesel flow meter

Hello everyone.
Can anybody inform me where I can get a suitable flow meter, that is able to measure the flow on the low pressure side of a vehicle diesel system, the systems I need to measure flows around 1 to 3 litres a minute. It would be nice if the flow meter could output a voltage that could be read with a multi-meter and recorded while driving the vehicle. Any help welcome or any other suggestions, would like to keep the price relatively low. Thankyou.

A turbine meter might be your best, low cost bet. Omega can get you started, but there are a ton of other manufacturer's that make these devices.

MaxFlow, Honeywell, FloScan, FTImeters, and Emerson to name a few.
