is there anyone knows about the standards for lining systems in heap leaching process in copper mines? i want to know about details of lining system such as clay barriers and filters and leach collectors,...

Generally use 2.5mm plastic (uv protected), but the clay layer takes quite a bit of engineering so would advise that you get help unless you know what you're doing. Randol has quite a few references that you may find useful.
 
The building of pads for copper heap leach is well known technology. The goal is essentially zero seepage fo plastic liners ocvered with a protective layer are often use. is it becoming more common to have a dual barrier separated by a layer where leakage can be intercepted and detected/recovered. Get a good text book on the subject.

Be careful with clay barriers. Chemical testing is in order as the characteristic of some clays change with the acid chemistry in the piles.

I am sorry I am no expert in this field. Just know enough to stay out of trouble I hope
