I am a tech for a local Cable Internet Service Provider. I have been finding that some users experience Invalid or Dead ARP entries in the gateway on a regular basis, while most users never encounter it. Does anyone know why?<br><br>I am trying to figure it out, i personally think it must be hardware related, either the NIC is responding to the Gateway or DHCP incorrectly or the Cable Modem itself may be the issue.
