Dassault and the purchase of ICEM 1

This post is primarily for rfus, as we discussed this purchase in the middle of another thread last week (the Inventor vs. SolidWorks firestorm). Jeff Rowe has commentary on the subject and mentions his thoughts on whether any features will make their way into SolidWorks. I'm a bit skeptical myself.
