Cutler Hammer D100 Programming Cable

I have a D100 PLC that I need to read the program out of. I have a schematic to make a cable but there is a few traces that don't connect to the interface DB25 adapter. Doea anyone have a copy of the info for making this cable? It is a RJ45 to DB25 cable.
