CUSTOM HOLE TABLE CALLOUTS?

Hello,
Is there a way to create custom Hole Table callouts?
For example I have a couterbored type hole where both diameters are not any kind of standard & was not created with a UG hole creation command. It was created by a Boolean subtraction using a linked "tool" solid from a custom screw library. I'd like this callout to read let's say "DRILL & CBORE FOR 1/4" SHCS". Is this possible in NX7.5 ?
