Jul 16, 2009 2 #2 roydm Industrial Jan 29, 2008 1,052 Ground Fault, with no leakage to ground all three phases are in ballance resulting in zero secondary current. A leakage to ground puts the phases out of ballance resulting in a secondary current. Upvote 0 Downvote
