Create project in Enterprise

Hello,

I'm using Access 2000 to grab data from Excel, then create a new Project in MSP 2003. This code works fine, but I'm creating a local project file that then has to be saved to the Enterprise, where I'm running into issues with the enterprise calendar (different working days skew hours and dates).

How do I open up the Enterprise Project Server Account when I create my project?

Or is there a way to import the Enterprise Calendar into the local file?
