Does anyone have a good link to recommended countersink dimensions for 100deg flat head screws (MS24693)?

You need to check the standard document for each specific fastener part no. Consider the example shown below. NAS 1580 and NAS 1581 both describe similar 100 deg flush head bolts, except that NAS 1581 has a reduced head diameter (and lower tensile strength rating).
