Cosmetic notes for hard black anodize

I am looking for notes that call out cosmetic requirements related to hard black anodize.

I need to put together a specification sheet so that production can determine if the parts they receive can be used or rejected because of plating flaws.

Get a copy of the spec MIL-A-8625. It's all spelled out in it.

Like Chris stated download a copy of MIL-A-8625 it states QA processes and procedures. For Example, section 4.4.2 calls out MIL-STD-105 for Level II Inspection
