Convert to Draft View

I have to convert to draft view to break links with models due to limitations on our Doc. Managment software.

When I convert to draft view I loose some dims lines. I cannot see a pattern as yet or obvious reason.
Angle dims seem to vanish more than dias but then again some
angles to stay

Any advice as to why I keep loosing dims ???
