Please advice me about finding Convective Heat transfer Co-efficient of Stationay water.

Application is Stationay Water in Water Jacket for Refractory Lined External Furnace. After 60 degree Celcius water will be drained and fresh water is pumped to jacket. The furnace outer wall is cuboid.
