Contact parameters in Adams/View

Hello everyone!

In this forum I have seen so many students (and not only)having problems with contact parameters in Adams/View.
So, I'd like to ask to anyone if there're any guidelines to tune this parameters to improved dynamic simulation.
I think this can help a lot of people!

I think there are a lot of works and articles on this issue. Another thing is that you need to spend time. And what finded in the public domain - is not always is complete information. I attached (like I did it somewhere before) what I dug up in my files
