Composite Mould Clearance

I want to build a PU foam reinforced with woven fiberglass fabric. I am sealing the mould with mould sealant and laying up glass fibres of 100 gsm on top. I am using NC/PU putty as fillers and Acrylic Latex Paint for glossy finish on fiberglass. Can anyone guide me about how should I seal foam surface and what should be clearance for fiberglass fabric, sealant, fillers and paint and how many layers of each of them should I use?
