Coaxial Mercury Relay for TLP

I am trying to build a Transmision Line Pulse generator for EMC testing. Can anybody tell me where to find a subnanosecond switch for this application? As far as I know, mercury relays are the devices normally used for this purpose, but I did not find a manufacturer in the WEB.
