coating for one piece complex vent duct

Hi,

anyone had anyexperience in coating a prefabricated zinc air duct that can not be opened up for spraying or brushing of the weld seam HAZ with gal etc.

Its a 7m long complex duct would hot galv dip be viable (only 3mm wall thickness) or would a product that coup be sloshed around within the duct to form a layer be better. Any suggestions?
