CNC Cylinder head porting (and a happy new year!)

Hi all, hope everyone had a great new year, and not too many Mince pies haha.

Has anyone here done porting with CAM on NX(11)? What operation type do you recommend? From a previous thread, it turns out tube finish is arriving to NX late January, but for the minute, does anyone have a workaround for a 4 axis machine? Projection vector, tool axis etc, use workpiece or MCS mill alone?

Any help would be great!
