Hi there,
Can somebody please tell me where I can get useful information on the compatibitily of chemicals. E.g. at the moment I'm looking at putting these into the same pipeline:
1.8 m3/week of 10% HCl,
0.7m3/week of a mixture of 30% HNO3/1.5% H202 and 0.1% Ni
0.032 m3/week of 15% sulphuric acid
I know the piping manufacturer can supply me with info on whether their piping material is compabible. However, do I need to do lab tests myself to investigate any increase in temperature due to reaction of these. What is good practise?
Thanks in advance,
Chemenv.
