What is the general consensus on certifying record drawings? We would add a disclaimer making it clear the source of the changes are from the contractor, but I'm not sure if a seal should then be added

"BASED ON INFORMATION PROVIDED BY OTHERS AND INFORMATION IS NOT CERTIFIED. You also need to add a disclaimer that the seal applied certifies absolutely nothing, or something of that ilk... unless you were on site and recorded everything yourself.

I assume you are talking about "as-built" drawings, in this case we will add the changes from the contractor, adding notes essentially saying this is based on information from the contractor and that we have not verified anything, but we will not seal the set.

Another option is if they want you to incorporate your RFI responses and any SK's you may have, then I don't see why you couldn't seal a new construction document set, but I wouldn't call that "as builts".
