castable acrylic

Does anyone know a good resource for casting acrylic prototypes? I'm making a durable optically clear dome, and would like to use RTV tooling at this point in the product development process.

Normally, Acrylic Domes are manufactured through either Injection molding or Thermoforming. I know of only one company that can Thermoform a dome and get it right. There is a narrow window to work with when forming Acrylic in that manner. I do not offer any casting process for Acrylic Domes. If you change your mind about the casting process, let me know.
