Can't rename configs in SW Explorer 09 SP1.0

I used to be able to change the config names in SW Explorer 08 but am not able to in 09. I did this by picking the part in the File Explorer, then picking the "Configurations" tab on the right-hand side, and finally right-clicking the "Name" on the bottom and entered the desired name.

Did they remove this capability or are any of you able to rename your configs?
