Can't open Resource Pool

My resource pool seem to not be working. I can't open it at all. Is there a way to fix that without creating a whole new resource pool?

I only have a couple of suggestions:
1. Make sure you are trying to open that file directly. In other words not by opening another plan that is leveraging it.

2. Try the Detect and Repair under Help. I have had success with that once or twice in the past!
