Can't edit values in variable table

I am a novice in Solid Edge and using v.9 trying to follow the "Using Solid Edge Variable Table tutorial" with Seppcvt.par file ,at the end of tutorial I can't edit certain values in variable table only rename that values.I try others models by myself and get the same issue.Can someone explain it to me ?

Hello,

When you are in the screen Variable, click the filter bouton and select Name : both and all file.

I hope you will understand, I'm french and I don't know exactly what is the term using in english.
