Can you identify this plastic material? 1

This material is one of those free produce bags you tear off the roll at Walmart to put your fresh produce in.
The image shown is the only printing on the bag.
Can anybody identify the exact type of plastic from the image shown?
Alternatively, if this is a manufacturer's logo could you identify them so I could contact them?
As near as I can measure the thickness of the plastic itself, it's give or take 0.0005"
I've googled HPv HPV HPc HPC and got nothing so i'd really appreciate some help on this.

I'd guess that it's polyethylene.
