Dear sir,
I would like to ask you regarding Oxygen Percentage in Flue gasess. How we can calculate the Oxygen Percentage in Flue Gasess in case of any type of Boilers and furnaces.


Please give me some idea about Dry Low Noxs (DLN) and Dry Low emmision (DLE).
Give me some detail about them and how it will be applicable in what circumtances and what are the benifits get our system.

The percentage O2 is usually decided by the supplier at the design stage and depends on the fuel, the burner design and the fuel to be burned. For example, on large power plant boilers the O2 content could be 1% for oil and gas and 4 to 5% for coal.

When the boiler enters operation there can be some opportunity to set the O2 contents for control purposes to different values depending on actual experience.

Low Nox burners are installed to meet regulatory requirements for NOx emissions. If you don't need them for that reason, there is no other benefit to installing them.
