Conductive heat transfer is expressed with "Fourier's Law"

q = (k / s) A dT

I need you help with a problem ti finf T2.

k, s, A and T1 are known. I want to calculate T2. q is unknown.,

How shall I calculate T2? Heat transfer calculations is new to me, so I need your help
