Bystronic Shutdown safety the laser when the computer is faulty?

Anybody knows the best procedure for Bystar 5200 to shutdown safety the laser when the computer is faulty and it doesn’t respond to any command not even when we turn off and we start the computer.
I call the Bystronic and they will send a technician to look at the computer but mean time I use the emergency button to turn off the laser.
