BSN SLC 5/04 Allen Bradley, Redundant System

I am on my way to trouble shoot a redundant AB SLC 504 system. From what they tell me is simple does not work and AB also has no clue.

Does anyone have any experience setting-up and running one of these systems?

If you know of any special drivers or programs that I can down load from AB before leaving please post is for me.
