Brazil overpass collapse

Has anyone seen anything further about this collapse which happened almost a year ago? I know they are now struggling to get ready for the Olympics in 2016, and hopefully this type thing won't happen then. Lack of information doesn't help with confidence.

Seems as if they don't have enough money or they are working on too many projects.

A bridge would collapse because of a lack of reinforced concrete or too much torsion.
