"Cable Supported Bridges" by Gimseng. I used it for a small cable stayed design about 17 years ago. ASCE has two publications- the titles escape me, will pos t the names on Tuesday- but they're not as comprehensive as Gimseng.

I will recommend "Cable-Stayed Bridges: 40 Years of Experience Worldwide" by Holger Svensson. This book by Prof.Svensson is very detailed in all aspects of cable-stayed bridge design and construction and is an awesome reference to have. I have been reading this book since the last 6 months and his practical experience in all aspects of cable-stayed bridges comes through very clearly. I hope this helped.
