Bitume price indices

Is there any one who knows the the website where I can view and download the price indices for bitumen.Our contract specifices that the source should be from "HSFO 180CST MEAN/Average PLATTS Quotations and the currency of index in US$"Please assist

Looks like you need to subscribe in order to obtain current information. You will need to figure out which publication has the data you need.

In PA, PennDOT has a website; however, you must be a member to access.
In lieu of that, PAPA-Pennsylvania Asphalt and Pavement Association also lists the Asphalt Index. Maryland has the Maryland Asphalt Association.
I would suspect that googling "your state" Asphalt Association would work. Also, your favorite paving contractor or site contracotr would know. Call them. With the volatility of asphalt, they are keenly aware of the index and its trends----none!
