Best Tip for NX users 1

If you're asking a question, please please please can you list the version of NX you are using (Help -> About NX -> System Information)?
I wish I had a dollar for the number of times I see posts with no versions and then someone responding, (usually John R Baker ) asking for the version.

I work support in Australia and see the same issue everyday, so please, first thing before you write your question is to list your NX version.

Just include this information in your Signature as some people have done, including Anthony ;-)

That way you don't even have to think about. The only thing that you need to remember is that you'll have to update your signature data whenever you go to a new version of software or update your current version(s).
