Bentley Support for STAAD Pro

I'm not getting any warm and fuzzies on this? Engtips is much easier to navigate than Bentley forums...ugh. Does anyone have tips for support. TIA.

We don't check EngTips nearly as often as we do Bentley Communities.

Do you have a maintenance agreement or whatever they call it with Bentley? If so, just call them. Also, fill out service tickets for specific issues. I agree, I don't like their new interface.

Seth - I see the questions in the Bentley forum, and have signed up, but how do you ask your own? Not as simple as engtipe. Thanks.

Some people have sign-up or login problems. Once you are logged in it should indicate your user name or handle in the upper right hand corner, otherwise you will just see a black bust silhouette there. Once logged in you should be able to start a new post clicking the blue "+ New" button in the upper right corner. Unlike engtips, Bentley Communities is fairly secure/private so you have to log in again each time the browser is closed.
