Bearing isolators

I have to order a bearing isolator for an application, but I haven´t been able to take the necessary measures of bore diameter, shaft, nearest obstruction, etc. But the personal at field have a replacement in stock which has the following code, 1750A-01312-0 and 1700-R-02495-5, this is a bearing isolator provided by Impro Seal.

Does anybody knows what this code means?
