Does anyone know who might make a battery type connector to go on the outside of a sealed housing of a portable tablet PC in order to dock with a cradle? Need at least 8 spring loaded contacts, rated up to 7A. Would prefer one side of the connector to have flush contacts and this would go on the outside of the portable device housing. The spring loaded contacts on the other side would go on the docking cradle. I have a preference for a spring finger style rather than the spring loaded pogo pin but either is viable. This connector should be rugged, and resistant to various environments seen by military equipment.
