Base metal qualification range AWS D1.3

Hi experts,
Can you pls advice me the qualification range for base metal according to AWS D1.3.
Our company conduct welding sheet steel A1011 Gr.36 Type 1 to sheet steel A1011 Gr.36 Type 1, so I am looking for a state in AWS D1.3 for this.
Your advice/response will be appreciated. Thank so much!
