Balloons not showing callout.

Hi all. I am running autoballoon and have changed the callout value so that the columns are referencing a part attribute "Detail_Number". Some of the components are getting ballooned properly while others have a OC in the balloon. (See Pic)

Why aren't those components getting the detail number in the balloons like they should. The attribute detail_number and value are present in all of the components.
