axisymetric simulation results to solid mesh - LS-Prepost or Hypermesh

Hey guys,
I want to use the results of an axisymmetry forming simulation to create a 3D mesh (revolve on symmetry axis). The 3D mesh should also contain residual stresses. I used LS-DYNA to perform the forming simulation. The residual stresses are available in dynain file. How can I create the 3D mesh using LS-Prepost or Hypermesh?
