Good Day!

As per Table 4.2 (footnote d) of AWS D1.1-2010, a CJP also qualifies for PJP and fillet (see 4.11.3).

4.11.3 requires 3 macro test if we will also include PJP in the WPS (CJP & PJP) but if we only use CJP & Fillet in the WPS, do we still have to do macro test?

No; The three macros are required if you qualify a CJP and wish to apply it to PJP. Having said that, three macros are a really inexpensive way to extend the usability of your WPS.
