Hi,
On the schemes of the API RP 686-2009, Figure B.4-Piping Alignement Datasheet, when checking if flanges are parallel according to 4.6.3, shall we understand the "difference between high & low reading" as:
MAX[(1.-5.); (2.-6.);(3.-7.);(4.-8.)] (i.e. diametral differences)
or
MAX[1.;2.;3.;4.;5.;6.;7.;8.] ("high reading")-MIN[1.;2.;3.;4.;5.;6.;7.;8.]("low reading")
