Anyone have experience with the Hitachi HMCS424 series microcontroller

I was wondering if anyone has experience with the Hitachi HMCS424 series microcontroller chips. I am trying to find software and hardware to read and write to this chip and cannot find anything on the web. I need to access the resident code in this chip to see if it may be part of the cause of errors coming from this controller. Thanks
