Any good books that explain mechanical/electrical relationships?

Hello,

I am just looking to find a few good book(s) that explain the mechanical/electrical relationships as it applies to engineering. My primary interest is in the thermal arena. If there are any internet links that you may recommend, I suppose it would not hurt sharing those as well. Thanks for your help in advanced.

On my shelf I have "Cooling Techniques For Electronic Cooling" and "Vibration Analysis For Electronic Equipment" both by David Steinberg. Another good book is "Electronic Packaging and Interconnection Handbook" by Harper. These books are my bread and butter when I do analysis.
