So I have a breaker with a 0.3s rated reclosing time as tabulated. I think this means I have a breaker rated for reclosing. Does the footnote allow me to reclose it instantaneously on the first shot? Or does a breaker "rated for reclosing" have a 0.0s rated reclosing time? Thanks.
