another v8i problem

several of my coworkers and I have had the following problem: we will inadvertantly drag (i assume this is how it happens) the inroads box off of the screen and not be able to retrieve it. in past versions, we could change the resolution to the lowest setting and then change it back to bring the box back onto the screen...this no longer works. we are now going as far as reinstalling microstation and inroads to fix the problem. Is there an easier fix?

jeremyk55, not sure if this is an easier solution but a solution.

The position of the dialogs are stored in HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Bentley\InRoadsGroup\Applications\Version 8.XX\DialogPos

Be careful editing registry!

Do you sometime use dual monitors. Perhaps activating the second monitor and making it the primary monitor will shift the dialog back.
