Angle Extension Lines

NX8.5 (still getting up to speed...)

When placing an angular dimension between a centerline and a section hinge line, the extension line starts at the mid-point of the section line, while the extension line at the centerline starts at the end of the line as expected. I have noticed the same behavior with centerlines that are other than 0°.
Is there a setting to default the extension line to the section (or cwnter) line endpoint (so there is a gap), or do I have to manually edit everytime I dimension to these?

TIA!

I see what you mean in NX 8.5.3.3; it must have been a minor bug that they fixed, because it works as expected in NX 9.0.3.4. Not that knowing that helps you much...
I don't know of any setting that would change it. You could contact GTAC, but I don't think NX 8.5 is going to get much more love and attention.

Thanks, cowski. It is something I'm learning to live with.
