Amada Quattro Laser (Shutting off randomly and takes ages to turn on again)

Hi,

I have an amada quattro laser that has been running fine for the past year until of late. All of a sudden the machine will just cut out and take a very long time to come back on again (can be up to a day or so). I have had an electrician check the power supply for spikes and all has come back fine. Could this issue be something within the fanuc control unit of the laser? Any help would be appreciated.

I'm order to help out effectivity, I need more information.

"Shuts off"... The laser H/V turns off, or the breaker trips and the screen is black?

"Restart"... You try to turn the control on by pressing the ON button and nothing happens?
