Apr 29, 2004 1 #2 arto Mechanical Jun 19, 2002 712 Look in roark table 20, case 7 [5th ed] for the "D" shaft torsion, T35 for Hertzian contact stress [probably somewhere between "knife-edge" & block] also R.Isakower, "Don't guess on Non-Circular Shafts," Design Engineering, Nov 1980. pp39-42. Check Peterson "SCF's" too Upvote 0 Downvote
