AISC Guidelines for Seismic Design

I need a reference by AISC dated 1984. I tried the AISC web page and they do not list it. Also tried Linda Hall and other libraries and google search.

Can someone tell me where to obtain AISC "Guideline for the Seismic Design of Oil and Gas Pipeline Systems", Douglas Nyman, Ed. 1984

It's an ASCE book, not an AISC book.

ASCE shows in on their website:

They note that it is out of print, but this page mentions it may be available through a library:

http://www.pubs.asce.org/cedbdocs.html

You might consider hunting up more current referces as well. Any particular reason to use this one?
