Although the ePubs link seems to be working. http://www.aisc.org/store/p-1529-design-guide-1-base-plate-and-anchor-rod-design-2006.aspx http://www.aisc.org/store/p-1749-pd...de-1-2nd-edition-temporarily-unavailable.aspx I suspect that they have taken it down while they "take it out behind the woodshed" to iron out the kinks.
